My husband and I have had our sprints phones for a long time very good customers - pay our bill on time - it was time to renew our contract with sprint the rep offered me 2 phone upgrades without a cost to me and $70 credit on each line - stupid me I took the offer and on my next bill saw charges for the phones - they claim that you can't get the $70 credit per line and new phones - but because the first rep that Sprint offered it to me made a mistake they would not fix it.
That means a lot of people are directly affected and because AT&T and Verizon will react to the news, everyone will see something new from their carrier. After 4 minutes of silence, Jackie returned to confirm that Sprint still had an Amazon Prime promotion, but it was only available to new customers or existing users upgrading their phone (it's available to everyone).
However, due to the frequencies used by Sprint, many Sprint-locked phones have trouble operating on other carriers. For years, Sprint has had a reputation for poor customer service and poor network coverage, and as a result, the company is suffering. After paying, I called in again and was told the service had been cancelled.
When things go well, AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile enjoy a positive relationship with their customers. Take incoming calls for customers assisted with customer phone services. WARREN, OHIO - Have spent 3 hours over 2 days working online with 3 different customer support agents and still not able to access my online sprint account.
There two worst things about Sprint were 1.) when they would do a shift change out of no where and I would lose my 6am-3pm shift and change to a 3pm-12am shift & 2.) when they would randomly fire 20-30 people all at one time in front of everyone. Postpaid plans start at $40 per month and run as much as $145 per month for a single line of service.
